Getting Started

City Explorer helps you discover cities through curated routes, points of interest, maps, and audio guide content. Select a city, choose a route, and follow the suggested stops at your own pace.

Routes, Maps, and Location

Some features may use your device location to show nearby points of interest or route progress. You can manage location permissions in your device settings. Route information is provided for guidance only. Always follow local signs, traffic rules, and real-world conditions.

Audio Guides

If audio playback does not work, please check your device volume, silent mode, Bluetooth connection, and internet connection. If the issue continues, contact us with the route or point of interest name.

Offline Use

Some content may require an internet connection. If a route, image, map, or audio file does not load, please check your connection and try again.

Purchases and Subscriptions

If your purchase or subscription is not available in the app, please use the restore purchases option in the app. App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. For billing issues, you can also contact Apple Support.
